Danish Bread. Its really tough. I am not really good at rolling butter into dough. Folding and rolling and fold and roll. Its really just not my cup of tea. What resulted was a sloppy piece of rolled out dough which I deceived myself into thinking that it is indeed a danish dough. I know its not professionally done and I wanted to create a piece that I really like. So I converted it into a cuppy. What I did was to place a piece of danish dough which I flattened into a circle into the muffin tin to create the cup. And I filled it with chopped apples and raisins. The fruits has been been marinated in honey and lemon for a few hours.
