Another French Tart – My Way….

IMG_6349  Thick crust isnt? I know. But thats the way I like it. Its my bake and I DICTATE! Okie, best attempt at hiding a flaw bake. 🙂 I must say that I have underestimated the crust since it does expand a bit in the heat. Vanilla flavored crust with pistachio frangipane. I have meant to create a little square cups to contain the blueberries. These little powerhouse are marinated in yuzu honey. Yumz.
