Brioche is always a crowd winner for me. If I wanted to please without effort, brioche is the way to go. I used to bake alot using no knead recipe. As the days passed by, I am not satisfy using one recipe and seek to search out more. A girlfriend gave me this brioche recipe. Its truly fabulous. As I torn open the brioche, I can only go “ahhhhhhh………..” Its sheer bliss. That day, I adopted the motto “Feast today, diet tomorrow”. Just once. Just once.
