2 dough is needed for this bread. Actually, only one but you need to incorporate cocoa powder for the other one. Rolled it thin and cut it with a cookie cutter into whatever shapes your little heart desires. Place it at the bottom of the bake tins of your choice. For the remaining plain dough, simple roll it into a ball and place onto the cocoa dough that was cut out. Let if proof for 20 to 30 mins before baking it.
Actually, I think I have put red bean paste into it. So effectively, it is a red bean paste bread.
These were baked last year and among the first few bread that I have attempted. How does those look compared to the more recent ones?
