A really amateurish attempt at Fondant

Bis 1

All you need

1) A chocolate cookies recipe that does not puff up when baked.
2) Fondant
3) Food colouring of your choice.
4) A royal icing recipe.

Equipment: Cookie cutters in the shape and size that you like. Fondant cutter to cut the fondant into desired shapes. Parchment paper shaped into a cone to use it for piping purposes.

And …. just simply have fun in the process. I did since this requires zero skill set.
