Double baked

I double baked that day. The first was a rosemary garlic foccacia. Garlic, rosemary and sea salt are steeped in warm oil for a fewe hours. I used this flavored oil as one of the ingredients for the foccacia dough instead of plain olive oil. This flavored oil gave extra fragance and taste. The smell is just heavenly.

The second was a cinnamon roll. A tale of 2 cities. Best of both worlds. I remembered that has been a stressful work week where gold and silver prices were free falling. I can do with a good dose of carbo and that was a life saver.

While diamond was a girl best friend, carbo is my best friend.
